Child Safety Standards

GGWorks is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users of SquadUp and takes child safety extremely seriously.

Age Requirements

SquadUp requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to use the app. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use our platform.

Zero Tolerance Policy

SquadUp has a strict zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behaviour, or account found to be involved in CSAE will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.

In-App Reporting

SquadUp provides users with tools to report inappropriate content and behaviour directly within the app. Users can report any profile or message by tapping the flag icon on any profile card or within any chat. All reports are reviewed promptly.

How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, you can:

• Use the in-app report button on any profile or message
• Email us directly at squadupggworks@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report"
• Report directly to your national authority — in Australia, report to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE)
• Report to the NCMEC CyberTipline

Account Removal

Any account found to be involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation will be permanently banned and all associated data will be preserved and provided to law enforcement upon request.
