These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SquadUp mobile application operated by GGWorks ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using SquadUp, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SquadUp. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use SquadUp to:
You retain ownership of content you post on SquadUp, including your profile information, photos, and messages. By posting content, you grant GGWorks a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the SquadUp service.
SquadUp facilitates connections between players. We do not guarantee that you will find suitable squad members or that other users will be available. You are responsible for your own interactions with other users. Exercise caution when sharing personal information such as your Discord handle with other users.
We provide tools to report and block users who violate these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate reports and take action including removing content or suspending accounts that we determine have violated these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
SquadUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or any content they post.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SquadUp.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
